1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Enterprise Rank Checker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Enterprise Rank Checker provides keyword rank tracking, competitor analysis, and reporting tools for businesses and agencies. Features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access data belonging to other customers, using the service to violate any applicable law, reverse-engineering the service, or reselling access without our written consent.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for 99.9% data accuracy, ranking data is provided “as is” and may vary based on location, personalization, and search engine updates. We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enterprise Rank Checker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
